As much as the writer hates to admit it, the age of air-activated Whoopee cushions may be at an end. The digital age has given us Whoopee cushions in the form of a button-activated sampled sounds and yes, even a ringtone.

Gone will be the days of blowing up the Whoopee cushion and laying in wait; today’s prankster-on-the-go will simply press a button when the opportunity arises.

A chair is no longer necessary, you can just activate it near a person to get the desired effect.
