The Ceremony…

Here is the wedding video. No, not a video of the wedding – but a video created for the ceremony itself.

For those of you with a not-so-good connection, click here.

If you’re looking for the full ceremony, well it’ll be a while before it gets up to the site.

Leap Day 2008

Today is Leap Day, the day Jerry and I chose for our wedding. While we know that we will only have an anniversary once every four years, there are many who were born on this day who suffer from Advanced Age Confusion Disorder (AACD).

For more on this disorder, you can visit the LeapDay08 web site.

Last minute delivery

K.C. Goldsmiths Menlo Park We made it! Thank you very much for allowing us to help both of you design and execute your unique wedding bands. You can get married now, you have your rings and everything is set. We stayed up until the wee hours putting your ideas for a wedding set into gold. We hope the process of creating the rings makes them very special to you. Enjoy them for a lifetime. Congratulations on your wedding. May you have a great life together. Best regards, Kurt & Carol

We are Licensed to Wed!!!

On Super Tuesday (as the media was calling it) we went down to the county clerk’s office and got our marriage license!!!

Only thing left to do is actually get married…

By the way, it was a very painless procedure. Afterwards we had lunch in the county cafeteria (located next to the wedding chapel that you can rent in 10-minute increments…)

Gift Registry

As we register for gifts, we’ll add links to the store’s site…
Basically it’s a lot of fun stuff, because we already have most of the things you would normally give to newlyweds… There’s so many things that we’re lucky to just “have the best of already.” It seems like all the registries like to push vacuum cleaners in your face; Read Jerry’s article on Why the Dyson is the Last Vacuum Cleaner you’ll ever buy.

We currently have a registry going on at Target.
Similarly, we’re also registered at Amazon com.
We’re even thinking that a donation to KTEH would be just peachy!
There’s nothing we’ve found at Crate & Barrel yet, but we just had to use this picture!
And we’re also registered at Macy’s.
While we were in Seattle, we registered at Archie McPhee!
